JetFormBuilder Signature

Collecting signatures online can be part of a form submission when a document needs a signed response. JetFormBuilder Signature adds a signature input field to JetFormBuilder forms, allowing visitors to sign directly in the form. Users can draw a signature with a mouse or touchscreen, giving them options across different devices.

You can adjust the signature field's appearance to align with your site's branding. The addon also provides validation options and can trigger email alerts or workflow actions after a signature is submitted. Signed forms and agreements can be exported as PDFs for record keeping, making the addon useful for sites that handle contracts, agreements, and other signed documents.
