Easy Digital Downloads - Conditional Emails

Generic messages may not fit every customer or point in an order. This plugin lets you set rules for sending emails based on purchase history, cart behavior, user roles, and order status. You can use it for order confirmations, messages about completed downloads or refunds, and other customer communications tied to an order.

Email conditions can use several rules together for more specific targeting. Messages can include customer details such as names, purchased products, and download links, and you can use templates or create your own. The plugin works within an Easy Digital Downloads setup, giving digital store owners a way to manage customer email rules in the same environment as their store.

Features

• Purchase-based conditions: Set email rules based on purchase history, cart behavior, or user roles to tailor messages to different customer situations.
• Order status emails: Send customer messages based on order status, including confirmations, completed downloads, refunds, and custom statuses.
• Personalized email content: Include customer names, purchased products, and download links in email content using details associated with each customer.
• Multiple conditions: Combine conditions within an email rule to target customers according to more specific purchase, cart, or account criteria.
• Custom email templates: Use pre-built templates or create your own responsive email designs to match the messages your store sends.
• Automated follow-ups: Set up email sequences to follow up with customers after a purchase or send messages related to abandoned carts.
