Everest Forms Repeater Fields

A standard form can be awkward when someone needs to submit several entries of the same kind. This add-on lets you include a group of related fields that form respondents can add or remove as needed. Use it to collect multiple contact numbers, product entries, or addresses within one form.

Repeater groups work with standard Everest Forms field types and can have minimum and maximum limits. Add and remove controls let respondents adjust the number of groups they need. The grouped data is organized in form submissions, making the add-on a fit for registration forms, order forms, surveys, and other forms that gather repeated information.

Features

• Repeatable field groups: Create groups of related fields that respondents can repeat to enter multiple sets of information in a single form.

• Standard field types: Build repeatable groups with standard Everest Forms field types to collect different kinds of related entries.
• Group limits: Set minimum and maximum limits for repeatable groups to define how many sets of information respondents can enter.
