Everest Forms Form Restriction

Forms for event registrations, limited-time offers, or membership content may need access rules that control who can submit and when. Everest Forms Form Restriction lets site owners set those boundaries by user role, maximum submission count, or date range. This gives each form a defined audience, availability period, or response cap.

Configure the restrictions within the Everest Forms platform and choose a custom message to display when a visitor cannot access a form. Multiple restriction criteria can be combined to suit different form requirements. The plugin fits sites that use Everest Forms to manage registrations, submissions, or forms intended for a specific audience.

Features

• Role-based access: Restrict a form to selected user roles so that only visitors with the specified role can access and submit it.
• Submission caps: Set a maximum number of submissions for a form, useful when responses need to be limited for an offer or event.
• Date range control: Define the dates when a form is available, such as during an event registration period or time-limited campaign.
• Custom restriction messages: Display a personalized message when a visitor is blocked from accessing a restricted form.
• Combined criteria: Apply multiple restriction criteria to a form to set its availability according to more than one condition.
• Everest Forms fit: Use the restriction controls within the Everest Forms platform to manage access to forms on your site.

Best for
