Hotel Booking Reviews

The plugin uses WordPress comments to collect guest reviews for accommodations. Guests can submit written feedback and rate properties across criteria set by the site owner. A five-star rating system gives visitors a familiar way to assess a stay, while custom criteria can cover details relevant to each property.

Property owners can moderate and manage reviews in the WordPress dashboard, then display feedback on pages, posts, or widget areas. Review displays can use list or grid layouts, with controls for the number and length of reviews and which rating criteria appear. The plugin also calculates an average rating from guest scores.

Features

• Five-star ratings: Guests can rate accommodations on a five-star scale, giving prospective travelers a clear summary of their experience.
• Custom rating criteria: Set rating criteria to reflect the property, such as cleanliness, value, or services, and let guests score each one.
• WordPress comment management: Reviews use the native WordPress comment system, so property owners can moderate, approve, and delete feedback from the dashboard.
• Flexible review placement: Display reviews on pages, posts, or widget areas using shortcodes or a widget, placing guest feedback across the website.
• Adjustable review layouts: Choose a list or grid layout, set how many reviews appear, control review length, and select visible rating criteria.
• Average property ratings: The plugin calculates an average rating from guest scores, helping visitors see an overall assessment of the property.
