Everest Forms Survey, Polls and Quiz

Standard forms can collect answers, but surveys, polls, and quizzes call for ways to shape questions around visitor responses and share results. This plugin adds those interactive formats to Everest Forms. Use it to gather feedback, invite people to vote, or create knowledge checks, with question types such as multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdowns, rating scales, and open-ended responses.

Conditional logic lets a form show or hide fields based on earlier answers, so the questions can adapt to each response. Poll and quiz results can appear after submission, while reporting and analysis tools help you review collected data. The plugin suits website owners and marketers who use Everest Forms and want to add interactive forms to their site.
