Everest Forms PDF Submission

Form responses can be useful records, but keeping them in a consistent document format can take extra work. Everest Forms PDF Submission creates a PDF from form submissions, giving site owners a document for record-keeping or sharing. The plugin is designed for use with Everest Forms and lets you choose which form fields appear in the generated document.

You can tailor PDF content and presentation with field selection, branding, and layout preferences. The plugin can also send a submission PDF as an email attachment to users or administrators. This suits sites that collect information through forms and want copies formatted for digital records, sharing, or printing.

Features

• Automatic PDF creation: Generate a PDF document from form submissions, providing a consistent file format for keeping and sharing submitted information.
• Choose included fields: Select the form fields that appear in a PDF so each document includes the information relevant to its purpose.
• Customize PDF layout: Adjust the layout of generated PDFs to suit your preferred presentation and the way you use submission records.
• Add brand elements: Include branding in PDF documents to align their appearance with your business identity.
• Email PDF attachments: Send submission PDFs as email attachments to users or administrators, giving recipients a copy of the submitted information.
